Service terms
This page provides the intended structure for the private prototype. It is not final legal language and must be reviewed before publication.
Standard service
Standard membership covers ordinary, machine-washable clothing only. Towels, sheets, blankets, and other household linens require separate scheduling and pricing. Standard return is within 48 hours of collection.
Customer responsibilities
Final terms must define appropriate item preparation, pickup placement, access, prohibited items, and timely notification of service issues.
Care, claims, weather, and liability
Final care standards, rewash process, loss or damage claims, weather procedures, refunds, and liability limitations remain open and must not be inferred from this prototype.
Publication blocker
Final language must be completed and approved before the public site accepts real membership requests.
