Every request is personally reviewed for route density and operational fit. During our initial launch, approval may take several weeks. That deliberate pace helps us open reliable, efficient neighborhood routes.
No charge before approval. You provide a payment method with your request, but it is not charged until your route is approved and your first pickup is confirmed.
